1.1 Nature of Services
We provide live dhol-drumming performances for weddings, parties, corporate events, and other special occasions in locations across the UK including London, Birmingham, Leicester, Leeds and surrounding areas.
1.2 Quote & Booking
- All Services begin with a quote. When you request a quote via our site, contact or “Get a Quote” form, that gives you an estimated cost for the performance.
- To secure a booking, a written confirmation (via email or signed contract) and payment of any deposit required must be received by us.
1.3 Deposit & Payment Terms

3. Performance Details

- You are responsible for providing accurate event times, location, access, and performance duration in advance.
- We require a specified setup time (e.g. 30 minutes) before performance; please ensure access, permissions, electricity, space are ready.

- The performance is subject to reasonable weather or venue constraints if outdoor. If weather or venue cannot support safe or effective performance, we may need to alter or cancel.

- We will provide professional performers as agreed. If, for any reason, substitution is required, we will ensure the replacement is of similar standard.
4. Prices & Additional Costs
4.1 Quotations

6. Intellectual Property & Media
6.1 Promotional Use
- We may take photographs or video of our performance for promotional use. By booking us, you consent to use of such media for marketing, social media, website.
6.2 Copyright
- All content on our website, including images, text, branding, and proprietary material, is owned by us or licensed to us. You may not reproduce, distribute, adapt, or use our content without written consent.
7. Liability & Risk
7.1 Risk of Loss / Damage
- We carry out our services with reasonable care. However, we are not liable for damage to venue or property caused by circumstances beyond our control.
7.2 Limitation of Liability
- To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the total amount paid by you for the performance at issue.
- We will not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses (e.g. loss of revenue, lost opportunities) arising from our services.
8. Force Majeure
- We shall not be liable for failure or delay in performing our obligations under this agreement if this results from events beyond our reasonable control (including but not limited to severe weather, acts of God, governmental restrictions, pandemics).
- If a Force Majeure event occurs, we will notify you as soon as possible and propose rescheduling or cancellation with refund as appropriate.
9. Privacy & Data Protection
- We collect personal information (name, address, contact details, event details) for the purpose of quoting, booking, performing, marketing.
- We will comply with applicable data protection law (e.g. UK GDPR). Your data will not be shared except for performance of our services or as required by law.
10. Dispute Resolution & Governing Law
- These Terms are governed by the laws of England & Wales (or whichever part of the UK is your primary registration) unless otherwise agreed in writing.
